Subject: can anyone recommend a not too expensive pressure cooker for one?

I'm thinking I would like to get a pressure cooker for cooking rice and beans mostly for just myself. I don't need a large one, and I don't want to spend too much. I know nothing about pressure cookers, so any help is appreciated. Thanks.
