When I cook broccoli, I just take off the tough part of the stalk, and throw the rest in whole. I sort've cook in layers - cauliflower on the bottom, just broken up into bite size pieces, followed by carrots, onions, zucchini and mushrooms. Here's the mix I had today: 1 cauliflower place all on top of trivet w/1 cup water. Just bring it to pressure, take it off the heat, and let the pressure come down naturally. They're SO good like this.
