I haven't seen any reference on this discussion board to Lorna Sass' book Complete Vegetarian Kitchen: Where Good Flavors and Good Health Meet". This book was originally published with the title "recipes from an ecological kitchen, healthy meals for you and the planet". While not dedicated to pressure cooking a vast majority of the recipes are presented with both a pressure cooker option and standard stovetop cooking. Some such as Gazpacho of course require no cooking and some such as sauteed greens only have the option of stovetop in a pan. I have made many dishes from this book and enjoyed all of them. There is more variety in this book than in GVCUP, and I enjoy using it more than GVCUP and was wondering if anyone else has used it.

Here she calls the pot in pot brown rice, which she calls casserole brown rice in GVCUP - the timid cook's casserole brown rice.
