Are pressure cookers, because they cook so fast, the best way to preserve the nutrients in beans? Or is better to cook them slow in a crock pot if preserving nutrients is your main concern. Also, how well do they do with steaming veggies? Anyone know the best way to cook veggies so they are more digestible, like say brocoli and cauliflower, while also preserving nutrients? Thanks.
