A most excellent cook book, better than the previous one I had picked up. Thank you for the recommendation.

I guess the pressure will be on for the cook at our house (me).

I am really surprised pressure cooker popularity dropped off. It's picking up now, but as a kid (60's/70's) they were not found in many kitchens. My grandma's didn't use them, nor my mom; my wife can't remember her mom, grandma, or great aunts using one either.

Funny how some things come full circle.
