Evidently not the person who has the time to go look up a Cutco message board on the internet and post a message.

If it's less than a year and they are not nearly as sharp, there has to be a reason why. Do you use a glass cutting board? Are you using straight edges for slicing instead of Double-D edges? Review your Care & Use guide, try calling the head office, and figure something out. But don't just complain about it - that won't help.
