I love my pressure cooker so far. Lots of questions. I love red beans/pink beans/almost any dried bean. I soak my beans overnight and drain. Some bean recipies call for 3 cups of water for every cup of beans. If I was doing this on top of my stove (the old way) I would cover the beans w/1" of water and cook away. Does is seem like too much water for PC cooking beans? (Normally I make red beans w/loads of peppers-spices) Normally I don't throw away the cooking water, it gets processed into whatever I'm cooking. (Soaking water IS thrown away.)
