I was not offered a refund. If I had been given one, I'd have my Kuhn by now! I have the Magefesa 6 and 3 liter pots now, and am trying to figure out how I can cook anything at all in the smaller one. So far, frozen corn has worked well. It cooked faster than the microwave could, but I'm not excited yet. I didn't need a special pot for cooking frozen corn and peas!
