what to do? Magefesa (or more correctly the company that sells Magefesa in the US) has kindly sent me two pots to replace my 8 liter. One 6 liter and one 3 liter. Now, I have two pots, and only one lid. I can see no use for having two pots and only one lid! My thinking was that I was going to have two PCs to use, and if I didn't need the smaller one, I'd give it to my mother. They did this because they are all out of the 8 liter size and are switching to a different model sometime this summer.

So, here's my question. I *could* make do with this 6 liter for us, and give the 3 liter to my mother, if a 3 liter size PC is big enough for her. She would be cooking beans and small batches of food, mostly just for one or two people. Would that size be OK for that use? It seems that it might be OK to me, seeing the pot here in front of me. If I can get another lid this is what I could do, or see if I can just return the whole mess and get a refund for the defective 8 liter. Oh, the agony! All this time with no PC is really rough!
