Thanks for the response, Razz. I have been looking at the website myself, and can't tell if they use a sort of "low-pressure-cooker" technology, or what, exactly. I'm also interested in the quality of the stainless steel . I note that one of the 17-piece sets available on the web features "7-ply stainless." Is this like All-Clad or one of those really durable SS pans? Anyone have this type of waterless cooker who could give me advice?
