I looked through the air vent and the small whole on top. They didn't seem to be blocked. But the rubber stopper and gasget might be old and need to be replaced. That's right! Because water drips from the sides of the pressure cooker so it seems that it doesn't seal correctly and water bubbles came out around the stopper. I will try to soak them first and if they don't work I know what the problems are. Thanks so much for the ideas! I am learning....
