Subject: SS Waterless cookers and PCs

I'd never heard of SS waterless cooking pots until today (I know; I'm out of it.) My questions are: How do these pots differ from Pressure Cookers (which I love)? Do they really work? Do they have advantages that would incline me to give up more kitchen shelf space for a set? Thanks a lot in advance,
