My husband's current favorite is just something I made up, and he calls it Slop. Sorry, but that's the name. Here goes:

1 onion, chopped
3 or 4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 quart tomatoes (stewed are best)
1 quart sauerkraut, rinsed
1 small can tomato paste
1 package frozen lima beans, run under warm water to thaw
1/2 pound mushrooms, we like portabella or crimini
1 tablespoon Vogue Vege Base or vegetable soup base paste
1 tablespoon basil (I use frozen, use 1 teaspoon dried)
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup red wine

put everything in PC, add water until you just see the water, don't have to necessarily cover the vegetables. I usually add 3 cups water.
Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. When done and after releasing pressure (I use natural release) add 8 ounces or so of pasta and put lid back on but don't lock. Wait for time required to cook pasta, you may need to turn heat back on low if it's thicker pasta. Usually I use orzo and it's done pretty fast.
