Subject: Got My Kuhn - Your Fave Recipes!

Hi all ~

I'm sooooooo excited, I was finally able to buy the Kuhn 7 quart with my tax return check! I just couldn't help it after reading all the fabulous things about pressure cooking from all of you.

Now, my dilemma is....I'm not much of a cook. I have the Lorna Sass recipe book on order, but in the meantime, was wondering if you would be so kind to post your favorite pressure cooker recipes. I've scrolled down and found several on this board I'd like to make, but was hoping for more recipes.
