I had this happen when I first got mine, and then another person from my 10 day class had it happen to her when hers arrived, and my DH talked her DH through the process by phone and it worked fine after that. I've had it almost 2 years and haven't had to redo it though. Every once in a while it starts releasing air early and I just give it a light smack with a utensil and it stops, ha ha! Roberta Joiner
