with some Great Northern beans and thought it made a difference, but also tried it on some garbanzos and they were as bad as ever! I don't think anything works really well, Beano helped me a little, but nothing helped when I was nursing a baby. Even when I took Beano, the baby still got in trouble. It wasn't worth a night of no sleep to eat some beans or garlic!
