Subject: Ok, let's talk about the Ohsawa Pot again

I FINALLY got one online, and it cost a fortune to ship to Alaska. I thought is would be worth it... but upon reading the instructions, it says to cook your brown rice for 45-50 minutes in the pc. It says to reheat rice you cook it under pressure for 10-15 minutes. What the heck? I have a pc to cook things fast! When I cook rice without an insert it's done in, what 10 minutes? So what's the deal here? Does anyone here actually have some experience with these things?
