Forgive me; this is a question about a type of cooker that is related to a PC, but not exactly one. Does anyone have a Kuhn Rikon Durotherm cooker? This is a double-walled casserole that cooks its dishes with very little water/fat, mostly off-heat. I have a 3-qt pan (which in addition to its special cover also comes with a separate PC lid.) I'd love to hear from anyone who has any tips or special recipes for using the Durotherm casserole. The Kuhn Rikon website has a few recipes, but not many.
