Debbie In a pressure cooker use a ratio of about .6 parts sweet brown rice to 1 part of water, for example 1.5 cups rice to 2.5 cups water or 3 cups rice to 5 cups water. If you cook more than this you will want to reduce the amount of water somewhat. If you prefer a dry rice reduce the water somewhat. If you have a jiggle top or developed weight cooker add a little bit more water. I soak the rice for about 20 minutes and then cook it at high pressure for about 14 or 15 minutes. This is in a cooker that develops 15 pounds pressure. If you do not soak the rice before cooking you will probably have to cook it for 22 to 25 minutes. Best of luck
