I like the "Bengal" style, which is rather hot, but most Americans seem to favor the "Major Grey" variety, which is sweet with a mild ginger flavor. It is wonderful with any curry. It doesn't taste like mangos, per se...at least not to my palate. We also buy a wonderful cilantro chutney at our farmer's market here during the summer. Not sweet at all, but oh maaan...is it ever good on curry! Audrey
