I haven't used these yet, I've been waiting for the weekend and a slow time when I can sit down and figure out what recipe I want to use. Maybe I'll use the pinto bean one (that's the one with red peppers in it, right?) I've made that before and we like it, AND my in-laws just dropped off a grocery bag full of red peppers. One site I found said that peruano beans are interchangeable with navy or Great Northern beans. I was thinking of trying the white beans with sage recipe, I loved that.
