Bought a 4 qt., stainless steel Manttra recently, and have used it a few times to cook beans. The problem is that the steam leaks out the rim seal, taking bean juice with it, all over the stove top. I have to stand there for a hour mopping up the mess, as it cooks, or, as I figured out yesterday, surround the cooker with a dish cloth to catch the fluid. This is not a user friendly device. Before I take it back for a better model, I wonder if anyone has had the same problem, and if there's a simple solution. I cannot see how they'd still be in business if all their PCs performed this poorly.
