Subject: Kuhn-Rikon or Magefesa(Spain) Pressure Cooker?

What are the advantages & disadvantages of these two pressure cookers?
I have heard from reading from this forum that Lorna Sass likes the Magefesa. Magefesa will not "blow up" due to its design. Do both require a heat diffuser, for use on gas or electic stove? I really need your input. Thank you.
