Subject: PC prices

I have a 6 qt Fagor and want a smaller PC. I went shopping today at a store that just has Kuhn Rikon and some other German brand. The KR seem very expensive. Are they really worth the additional price? Any money saving tips for a 4 qt pc appreciated. I cook for 1.
