This is going to sound lame, but I too just bought a 6 qt. Fagor, and promptly lost the instruction booklet. I was hoping to find one on the web, but no luck. Anyway, could you please explain the 3 settings on the switch? I take it the circle with the slash through it is what you were talking about with Charlotte. It's for removing the valve for cleaning. Could you verify this and explain the other two settings. Much obliged on the California central coast. Doug
