We had this (from Lorna Sass) tonight and it was really good, my second try at using curry in dishes, and I like it! I used dried basil and had no fresh coriander so just left it out. It was so sweet that I was surprised, really hit the spot here in our neck of the woods where the last I paid attention it was up to around 12 degrees or so outside!
