Subject: Three in one pressure cooker insert questions

This is a product made in India. It is stainless steel. There appear to be two sizes available, 3 plates and 4 plates. I have three. I haven't used it yet because I am scared of it. I am not quite sure how to handle it. Do I put the beans with or without water in the lower plate? Do I put rice in the middle and with or without water. I guess water goes in the bottom of the PC but....so many questions. I hope to find an Indian person who can help me.

The product is called Dhokla stand with plates. They seem to have a website! www.komalsteel.com I just noticed that as I was looking at the box.
