Hi all, I'm new to this board, but not new to pressure cookers. My family has used them for as long as I can remember. However, we have never made hummus, so one question for those of you who know how to make it. After soaking chickpeas for several hours, can i cook them in the pressure cooker? Do I need to? Or can I only boil them...? thanks.
