I have found one other book that has a large number of soup and stew recipes for a pressure cooker. The book is by Lenore Baum titled
Sublime Soups vegetarian soups and quick breads. The book is not centered around PC's. She comes from a macrobiotic background and her recipes have a different taste sprectrum than Sass'. For example she uses kombu, shoyu, miso and sesame oil in addition to garlic and other seasonings. One of my favorites is a Pinto Barley Stew which I again just made yesterday. I did not have pinto beans and substituted kidney beans which she suggests, but does not warn you of the difference in time under pressure. I cross referenced Sass' book to get a different cooking time. This is the only criticism that I have of her book.

Her recipes are vegan (at least as far as I can tell, no fish, chicken, chicken stock, etc. in them) although she does not so state that. She has another book Lenore's Natural Cuisine which has very limited PC recipes (I would say less than a dozen, more like four or five) of which I have only tried one a green split pea soup which has barley miso as an ingredient. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Although her background is macrobiotic she does not push it, i.e. no food combining etc. She has a website -
