I used one jalapeno pepper where she calls for 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers and I think I could have used one more for a little more bite. Instead of having steamed corn tortillas I think next time I'm going to put baked chips directly into the bowls and pour the soup over them and soften them. That's about it. Let me know how you like it.
