I love the 12-beans soup, and the corn chowder... But I would aslo recommend :

The potatoes and cauliflower Thai-style. Did them for a meat-eaters potluck, and the cooker was completely empty at the end of the evening.

The vegetable couscous. But I prepare the couscous itself on the side : my dad grew up in Morocco, and considers mixing the couscous with the prepared stew beforehand a real sacrilege ;=)

The vegetarian rissoto. Some said they do not like the recipe, but it's one of my favorites. Worth trying!
