Subject: The New Mexican Pinto Bean Soup

hit the spot!! Wow! That is a great meal. It was amazing that the beans were ready in a little over 8 minutes (I did the natural pressure release).

One thing I have noticed since using the PC is that I seem to be satisfied on less food. I'm thinking it might be because the food is so good and flavorful that it is satisfying. I've been having one serving of the recipes and saving the rest for leftovers. Or, maybe it's just me. :)

Next up - pasta e fagioli!!
