We didn't care for the strong taste and aftertaste of all that parsley it calls for adding after releasing pressure. It seemed to overwhelm the other flavors. I just eliminated that the second time and it came out great.

With this one, as with all the Sass recipes, I made a vlf, McDougallized version. It makes the cooking faster and easier and the taste is still delicious. I skip the steps cooking some of the ingredients in oil first and just dump them into the pot with the beans.
