Subject: Favorite pressure cooked recipe

I have the "Great Vegetarian Cooking Under Pressure" by Lorna Sass. For any of you who have this book, what are your favorite recipes? I am new to pressure cooking and have only used this cookbook once (I used this cookbook for the first time last weekend). I am planning on using the pressure cooker again this weekend and would like to use a recipe that other people have already tried and have found to be delicious.
