That was something I was looking at as well since it was mentioned on this board in earlier posts, but neither DH or I am crazy about mushrooms so I may try that one next week. Who knows maybe we'll end up liking this. We love barley. I like mashed potatoes every which way!! Yum, yum, good! Thanks for the "push". I'm getting braver by the minute.
