I threw this together from what was in the fridge/pantry. It's roughly adapted from a Lorna Sass recipe. 1 Cup split peas Put it all in the PC, bring to pressure, cook for 6 or 7 minutes. Quick release. Add S & P to taste. I also added a few tsps. of veggie broth powder. It smells and tastes delcious!
