Subject: Proud new owner of a 7L Kuhn Rikon

I ordered my PC 12/28 and today 1/2 I received it!! I can hardly wait to give it a try along with my new cookbook I received for Christmas "Great Vegetarian Cooking under Pressure" by Lorna Sass. Thought I'd try the garlic potatoes as my first attempt.

Does anyone have any tips in using the PC with an electric oven? I've been reading my PC instructions and it all sounds a bit much, but I'm confident after I actually use the thing I'll get the hang of it.

I look forward to joining y'all on this board and learning more about PC'ing.
