Yup. That's my problem. So I wonder if anyone here has had such a problem? The safety release pin dropped as it's supposed to, but for the first time since I've had this cooker(maybe 9 yrs), I cannot turn the top to get it off. It's stuck. I tried hammering the pin down, but to no avail. I'll call Presto tomorrow, but maybe somebody has had this problem. It's a 4 qt., model #01240.
