Subject: What surface comes in contact with food?...

I've been looking at the 7 liter Kuhn Rikon and it said on Amazon that the food doesn't come in contact with the stainless steel and that is has an aluminum sandwich. The food surely doesn't come in contact with the ALUMINUM, does it???
