Hello! I just love that cookbook... The "12 beans soup" is a great one (especially for that time of the year). I made the vegetarian paella, and it worked well for me. What else? In the desserts, the figs-and -anis-rissoto is a great one too. I had trouble with the "peak pudding-cake", but all the other recipes I tried worked very well for me. "I think this is the beginning of a wonderful friendship" ;=)
