I go through a jar of that garlic a day, practically. Very high turnover rate in this house. I also grow my own oregano, basil, arugula and tomatoes. Fresh is good, and usually preferred, but the time it takes to crush garlic, when I can get great tasting garlic from a jar, isn't worth it to me.
