I have both the electric and stove top and I love them both. I don't use my PCs... either one of them... like it sounds like most of you do (every day at least)but when I want them I reach for the electic first. why? Cause even though I do the cooking, there is just my husband and I, and I've never really "liked" to cook. I want in and out of the kitchen as fast as possible, and as I have no dishwasher, I like the easiest clean-up possible. One pot or one oven meals are my favorite. I do not find joy in preparation or experimentation in the kitchen. Give me tried and true, I know we'll like it, throw it in the pot and forget it till it's ready kind of dinner.... and that usually means the electic pc! I use the stove top generally for a bigger quantity than the 4 quart electric.... and for those rare times I DO feel like trying new things. Sandra
