Gilroy Farms and Christopher Ranch are great companies (from Gilroy, CA - the garlic capital of the world, no joke) and though they produce this crushed garlic in jars, don't buy it. Buy whole garlic heads from the grocery, store them in a container with holes for airflow (never refrigerate garlic!), and peel and crush/mince the garlic just before you use it. It will taste so much better, and retain all the health advantages (lowering blood pressure and cholesterol, among other things)
