I had actually intended to add the soymilk, but when I tasted it without, it was so good I didn't add it. Plus we had a lot of other stuff with soy in it and I decided to keep it soy free - and I reheated it in a crockpot and didn't want to take a chance on it curdling on the reheat. Anyway, next time when I can test it, I'll do the soy - or maybe not - it was SO GOOD without it! Thanks for the tip!
