I want to try cooking with the inserts. However, I get great rice results just by putting the rice and water (20% more water than rice...for example, 2 cups rice and 2 and 1/5 cups water) in the pressure cooker, letting it go to high pressure, turning the fire down low low and cooking it on pressure for 25 minutes, natural release.
