I have the same set and have always used only the one setting (which is all I use on my Magefesa as well) because I don't usually cook anything that delicate in a pressure cooker that would require the low setting, if there was one. I've never had a problem with this setting and love the set. Be a little careful doing a quick release (releasing the pressure right from the handle) as it can be very hot and steamy - I usually let it sit a few minutes before trying to release the steam with the handle, or put it under cool water to release.
