On your wedding and on getting a great gift! Lorna Sass' "Great Vegetarian Cooking Under Pressure" is the first book you want to buy. It's fabulous. Really. Great recipes and lots of good, helpful information on how to get the best use from your pressure cooker. Once you've gotten comfortable with that, you'll find yourself converting some of your favorite "regular" recipes to pc recipes at the drop of a hat.
