thanks Flo - I actually have 3 fagors and do like them a lot. But I was curious about the electric ones - was the 8qt farberware that you tried electric? And quirky? 8qt is definitely too big - I'd never get over a 6 - too heavy and bulky. I love my 4 qt Fagor and use it all the time, but am looking for a "no brainer". Anyway, for the employee - I ended up getting her a big begonia plant and some stuff for her garden. I don't think she's ready for a pc.
