Subject: Yumm, fresh beets from the garden

Big fat ones. Cut the tops off about an inch from the beet, wash 'em, put them in the pc on a stainless steel basket and cook 'em up. Take them out and slip the skins off and enjoy. In the morning, it's pink pee pee.
