Hi. I’ve never used a pressure cooker before. But I’d like one so I can cook rice and beans faster. (Not only are they good for me, they’re cheap, too!) I saw some old Presto pressure cookers at a second-hand store for between $12 and $18. I noticed one of them had a triangle thing on the top, but the others didn’t. Then I walked around the store some more and came back to look at the pressure cookers again, and the triangle thing was gone. So I didn’t buy one, because I thought that might be an important piece? :) Like I said, I’ve never used a pressure cooker before. What do you think? Should I go buy a used pressure cooker? Or just save up some money and buy a new one? Or maybe look on e-bay or something for a cheap one? Thanks!
